How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Shipping typically takes an additional 3–5 business days within the United States. Custom orders may take longer depending on the design.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes! Reformations specializes in purpose-driven custom designs. You can submit a request through our Custom Orders page to bring your vision to life.
Can I make changes to my custom order?
Changes can be made during the design and approval stage. Once the design is finalized and production begins, changes may not be possible.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We accept returns or exchanges on standard items within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn and in original condition.
Custom orders are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
Do you ship internationally?
